THE CELL BAR – REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your cellular wellness investments. Because we specialize in advanced hydration hardware and personalized clinical therapies, our return policy balances customer flexibility with strict health, safety, and equipment guidelines.

1. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the tracking delivery date of your physical item to request a formal return.

2. Eligibility Requirements for Hardware & Physical Products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it:

  • Condition: Unused, unmodified, and uninstalled. Hardware that has been hooked up to plumbing lines or filled with water cannot be returned due to biological sanitization standards.

  • Packaging: Must include all original tags, internal protective foam, component boxes, installation kits, and manuals.

  • Documentation: You must provide the receipt or digital proof of purchase from www.thecellbar.com.

3. Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items and transactions are completely exempt from being returned or refunded:

  • In-Person Therapy Bookings: Cancellations or modifications for Miami-based Hydrogen Restoration Therapy sessions are governed by our appointment cancellation window [e.g., 24/48 hours] and are non-refundable once the service window passes or the session has been administered.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Only regular-priced physical items may be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional sale items, clearance inventory, or digital gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, you must contact us first at info@thecellbar.com.

  • Approval Requirement: Items sent back to us without first submitting an email request and receiving written confirmation will be automatically rejected and returned to sender at their expense.

  • Return Address: Once approved, packages must be securely shipped to:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are solely responsible for paying their own shipping costs, freight, and insurance fees for returning physical hardware. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damages, Shipping Issues, & Defects

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong components, contact us instantly at info@thecellbar.com. We will immediately evaluate the logistical issue and make it right via replacement parts or hardware exchange.

6. Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you secure the configuration or hardware upgrade you want is to return the verified item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a completely separate purchase for the new system on our online store.

7. Processing, Restocking Fees, & Refunds

Once your hardware arrives at our Miami facility, our technical compliance team will inspect the system to verify it meets our strict safety benchmarks.

  • Restocking Fee: All approved returns on processors and purifiers are subject to a 10% restocking fee deducted automatically from your final refund total. This fee covers our rigorous sanitization, internal element inspection, and electronic recalibration processes.

  • Approval Timeline: We will notify you via email once we’ve received and thoroughly inspected your hardware to update you on your approval status.

  • Refund Delivery: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (minus the 10% restocking fee). Please note that financial institutions and credit card companies may require additional processing time to officially post the credit to your account balance.

At Quantum H2 USA LLC d/b/a The Cell Bar, we are committed to ensuring your advanced hydration hardware and wellness systems arrive safely, securely, and efficiently. Please review our comprehensive shipping protocols below.

1. Order Processing Timelines

  • Standard Processing: All orders for standard inventory and components are typically processed, bench-tested for quality assurance, and shipped within five (5) business days following verified payment confirmation.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or observed national holidays will initiate processing on the following business day.

  • Custom / Pro-Series Assemblies: Please note that specialized technical modules or commercial systems built to order may carry extended assembly timelines, which will be communicated directly at the time of your purchase.

2. Carrier Frameworks & Expedited Shipping

We partner exclusively with USPS and UPS to deliver dependable domestic and international shipping logistics.

  • Shipping Rates: Delivery fees are dynamically calculated at your digital checkout based on total crate weight, system dimensions, chosen carrier method, and the destination address.

  • Expedited Infrastructure: Upgraded, expedited shipping speeds may be available at checkout for an additional premium. Selecting expedited shipping accelerates transit times with the carrier but does not bypass our standard technical processing/testing window.

3. Estimated Transit & Delivery Windows

  • Domestic Shipments: Standard domestic courier transit typically spans 3 to 5 business days following dispatch.

  • International Shipments: Standard international transit typically spans 7 to 14 business days.

  • Courier Variances: All stated transit timelines are estimates generated by our shipping partners. The Cell Bar is not legally responsible for operational delays stemming from severe weather anomalies, local customs bottlenecks, or systemic carrier backlogs.

4. Direct Signature Requirements & High-Value Insurance

To protect your premium wellness investments from logistics theft or unauthorized drop-offs, all high-value hardware systems, including our Quantum Energy Hydrogen Processors and Purifiers, will be shipped with automatic carrier insurance and require a Direct Adult Signature upon delivery.

  • Please ensure an authorized recipient is present at the designated shipping address during the carrier's delivery window to sign for the freight.

5. International Customs, Duties, & Tariffs

For all shipments traveling outside the United States:

  • Import Fees: The recipient is recognized as the importer of record and must comply with all local regulatory laws and import restrictions.

  • Taxes & Duties: International orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country once the shipment reaches its border. All such fees are the sole financial responsibility of the customer. The Cell Bar has no control over these regional fees and cannot predict their final assessment.

6. Address Integrity & Shipping Restrictions

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are entirely responsible for verifying that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and secure. The Cell Bar is not liable or financially responsible for hardware routed to incorrect, outdated, or incomplete addresses supplied during order submission.

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Due to courier size regulations, commercial values, and signature mandates for technical hardware, we strictly do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Any orders input with these address types will be placed on administrative hold until a valid residential or commercial street address is provided.

  • Split Shipments: For multi-component systems or paired therapy configurations, your order may arrive in multiple, separate boxes. Each parcel will carry its own unique tracking identifier.

7. Tracking & Dispatch Confirmations

The moment your crate clears our fulfillment dock, an automated shipping confirmation email will be routed to your account. This transmission will contain live tracking links and numbers enabling you to monitor your hardware's logistical progress online in real time.
